Private Duty Nursing

Quality care and assistance by RN’s, LPN’s, Nurse Aides, Companions and Personal Care Assistants at home or in the hospital on a continuous or intermittent basis.

Skilled Nursing Care

Trained professionals, RNs and LPNs, that provide procedures, such as dressing changes, teaching, assessments, as well as more specialized care (IV, Parental Therapy, Ventilator/Respirator Therapy, etc). The plan of care is individualized to meet the needs of the client.

Certified Nursing Assistants/Personal Care Assistants

Services that include personal care, activities of daily living, preparing meals and light housekeeping to include laundry are provided. Companionship includes assistance with errands, transportation, shopping and other duties requested by the client.

Healthsystems of MS Private Duty Nursing (Medicaid)

This program is provided to children under the age of 21 who require skilled nursing care for treatments, therapy and procedures. Clients must meet eligibility for services.

Medicaid Waiver Program – Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

In Home Respite and Home and Community Supports services provide assistance to individuals who would require the level of care found in an intermediate care facility. The clients are able to remain at home and receive care because of this program. Clients must meet eligibility for services.

Medicaid Waiver Program – Elderly and Disabled Waiver – Personal Care Services

This service provides assistance to individuals over the age of 21 that would require the level of care found in a nursing facility. The clients must meet Medicaid Eligibility as SSI recipients.

Medicaid Waiver Program – Elderly and Disabled Waiver – Respite

This service provides assistance to individuals over the age of 21 that cannot perform three or more activities of daily living and require companionship, support and general supervision. Clients must meet eligibility for services.

Supplemental Staffing

NMI offers RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and PCA’s for hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices and clinics; PRN, short and long term contracts available.
